A luxury residential complex containing nine buildings with 6-9 floors each, and a total of 200 units. A private inner garden and a 40-dunam public park have been built for the benefit of the project's tenants, combining seating areas, children's playgrounds and a spectacular sculpture boulevard that connects the Sherover Promenade to the center of the neighborhood. Ella created a smart design that takes into account the needs of the residents and improves their standard of living. One of the buildings in the project, as well as the public areas around it, have been designed to suit the needs of senior citizens. In addition, public buildings and commercial centers were established throughout the neighborhood, to provide community services to residents - shops, kindergartens, schools, a synagogue and more - all within easy walking distance
