One of the largest evacuation-construction projects in the country. An expansion of the renewing kibbutz Kiryat Anavim for the sake of new construction for old kibbutz members and the absorption of new kibbutz members. Ella, along with YD Barzani, is conducting the planning, management and execution of the project.

End to end planning and execution

Kiryat Anavim is a renewing kibbutz in the Judea mountains. As such, it maintains its core values, such as solidarity and mutual assistance, shared community responsibilities, education and economic assets, but nevertheless, its members have taken on themselves the responsibility for their income and livelihood. Ella's partnership with YD Barzani for the expansion of Kibbutz Kiryat Anavim includes carrying out an extensive evacuation-construction project, while investing in new infrastructure, demolishing old buildings, urban planning, issuing permits and executing the project. The project offers a variety of models, from garden apartments, to duplexes and villas stretching over half a dunam, with a total of about 400 residential units.
