Entrepreneurship which progresses over the years

In the 90s, Ella recognized the property’s potential and purchased the building. It then divided it into 5 advanced cinema auditoriums. In 2010 the cinema was converted into an iconic trendy gym which attracted young people in the area. These days, Ella is initiating an evacuation-construction (Pinui-Binui) project with two additional residential buildings next door. The project will feature a hotel, as well as an attractive innovative residential and leisure complex.
